This Privacy Policy explains what information Synapse (“we”, “us”) collects when you use synapse.ge, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose.

Information we collect

• Contact form. When you submit a brief, we collect the name, email address, and project details you provide.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address.
• Basic analytics. We may collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data (such as page performance metrics) to improve the site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver work, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Form and newsletter submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, which processes the message on our behalf and forwards it to our inbox. Those providers process data only to deliver the message to us.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and project communications for as long as needed to work together and to meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights
